Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This notice explains how Buni Hub Enterprises handles personal information when you visit bunihub.com/, contact us, create an account, subscribe or use our creative studios.
1. Who is responsible
BuniHub is operated by Buni Hub Enterprises. For a privacy enquiry or request, use our Contact Us form and identify it as a privacy matter. Do not send passwords, card numbers or sensitive media through the form.
2. Information we handle
- Enquiries: your name, email address, selected topic, message and information you choose to include.
- Accounts, when enabled: account identifiers, name, email, a protected password hash and account status.
- Subscriptions and usage: plan, export allowance and usage records, payment references, subscription identifiers, amounts, currency and payment status needed to provide access.
- Technical information: security and access logs, device/browser information and network information processed by our hosting and security systems. The contact form uses a temporary, protected identifier derived from an IP address to limit repeated submissions.
3. Your studio files and local drafts
The included Video Studio and Bulk Image Studio process selected media in your browser. The local-session feature stores copies of source files and editing settings in your browser’s IndexedDB so your work can return when you switch studios. This feature does not upload those source files to our WordPress server.
Drafts are specific to the device, browser profile, website address and account scope. Browser storage restrictions, private browsing, clearing site data or browser removal of stored data can prevent recovery. Retain your originals and download finished work. Anyone with access to your browser profile or device may be able to access local drafts; signing out alone does not erase them.
To remove local drafts, use your browser’s controls to delete BuniHub site data. This also removes local preferences and may sign you out. Clearing the image gallery saves an empty image draft. Deleting your server account does not itself clear browser storage on your devices.
4. Why we use information
We use necessary information to answer enquiries, create and secure accounts, deliver studio access, administer subscriptions, maintain export limits, prevent misuse, resolve payment issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the activity and applicable law, we rely on providing a requested service or contract, legal obligations, a properly assessed legitimate interest or your consent. Optional marketing, if introduced, requires its own appropriate notice and choices.
5. PayPal payments
When checkout is enabled, PayPal processes payment authorisation under its own terms and privacy notice. We receive the transaction and subscription information needed to verify payments and manage your access. BuniHub does not collect your PayPal password or full payment-card number through its checkout. Review PayPal’s privacy information before paying.
6. Cookies and browser storage
WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and related security functions. The studios and theme use browser storage for local drafts and appearance preferences. Your browser lets you manage or delete these items; blocking necessary storage may disable sign-in or session recovery. This supplied setup does not add advertising trackers. Any analytics, advertising or other tracking added later needs a suitable updated notice and consent controls where required.
7. Who may receive information
Relevant information may be handled by hosting, email, security and payment providers to operate the service, or disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud or legal claims. We do not sell personal information through the supplied BuniHub setup. Providers may process data in other countries; transfers must be handled using safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Retention and security
We retain enquiry and account information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, support, dispute resolution and applicable record-keeping obligations. Payment records may need to be retained after an account closes. Browser drafts remain until removed by you, the application or the browser. We use appropriate access and security controls, but no online service or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about our use of your data, access, correction, objection, restriction or deletion, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some requests are subject to lawful exceptions and identity verification. Send requests through the Contact Us form. Users in Kenya may also raise a concern with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
10. Children, external sites and changes
Do not create a paid account unless you have the legal capacity to agree to the service and payment terms, or the authorisation required by applicable law. Please contact us if you believe information has been provided without required parental or guardian authority. Other sites linked from BuniHub have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice and will display the revised date; material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
