These Terms govern your use of bunihub.com/ and the BuniHub services offered by Buni Hub Enterprises. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and the plan details shown before payment.

1. Using BuniHub

Use the website and studios lawfully. You must have the legal capacity, or legally required authority, to accept these Terms and enter a payment agreement. If acting for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. Enterprise Edition is coming soon and is not included in an Individual subscription.

2. Accounts and security

Account-based studio features require registration and sign-in when enabled. Give accurate account information, protect your password and tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Individual access is for one user; do not share credentials to bypass plan limits.

3. Trial exports

Where the trial is enabled, a newly registered account receives five exports in total, shared between Video Studio and Bulk Image Studio. This is a one-time allowance, not five per studio or per month. An image ZIP batch counts as one export operation in the included setup. A paid subscription is required to continue after the allowance is used. Do not create extra accounts or manipulate requests to evade limits.

4. Plans, price and renewal

The Individual monthly plan is USD25 per month. An annual option may be offered; its full annual amount is shown at checkout before you agree. Annual billing is paid upfront for a year. Both options include access to the two studios described in the selected plan.

If you approve a recurring PayPal subscription, it renews monthly or annually as stated at checkout until cancelled. The amount, currency and interval approved through PayPal form part of your agreement. Any applicable tax or currency conversion charges must be considered before you approve payment. A future price change will be communicated before it applies; an existing billing agreement is not silently changed by editing website pricing.

5. Payment and access

Payments are made to Buni Hub Enterprises through the PayPal receiving account configured for BuniHub. PayPal handles payment authorisation under its own terms. Access is activated after a payment has been independently verified, not merely because your browser returns from PayPal. Pending, failed, reversed or disputed payments can affect access. If you paid but access is missing, contact us with the transaction reference, never your PayPal password.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel future recurring charges in your PayPal account by locating BuniHub under Automatic Payments or Subscriptions and cancelling the agreement. Deleting a BuniHub account, signing out or simply stopping use does not cancel a PayPal billing agreement. You can also contact us for help.

Cancellation stops future scheduled renewals once processed; it does not automatically refund earlier payments. Verified access ordinarily continues for the period already paid, unless a refund, reversal, misuse or legal requirement changes it. For a duplicate charge, billing error, service issue or refund request, contact us with the payment reference and details. Requests are reviewed according to the circumstances, applicable law and PayPal’s processes. These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or available payment dispute rights.

7. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your media and original work. You must have the necessary permissions for uploaded or selected footage, photographs, music, fonts, logos and likenesses, including commercial use where relevant. Selecting media for browser processing does not give BuniHub ownership of it. You are responsible for reviewing exported work and respecting third-party rights.

8. Local processing and saved sessions

The included studios process media locally in your browser. Automatic draft recovery stores source-file copies and editing settings on your device rather than uploading them to our website. Recovery is limited to the same browser profile, device, website origin and account scope; it is not a cloud backup or a guarantee against loss.

Keep original files and download completed work. Private browsing, limited storage, clearing site data, browser eviction or device problems may remove drafts. Account deletion does not erase local drafts on your devices. Export compatibility depends on browser and codec support. Some exports run in real time and require the tab to remain visible.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use BuniHub to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful material, impersonate others, interfere with security, spread malware, evade payment or export controls, or disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, non-payment or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate.

10. Website materials and availability

BuniHub branding, website design and editorial materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual property rights. Software and third-party materials retain their own licences, including open-source licences where applicable. Do not claim ownership of BuniHub branding. Service features, browser support and availability may change; we will handle material paid-service changes and any resulting remedies as required by your agreement and applicable law.

11. Responsibility and disputes

Use reasonable care when storing files and checking exports. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every media format. Any exclusion or limit on responsibility applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a problem arises, contact us with enough information to investigate. These Terms do not prevent you from seeking a remedy from a competent regulator, court or payment provider.

12. Privacy, updates and support

Our Privacy Policy explains account, enquiry, payment and local-draft data handling. We may update these Terms for service or legal changes, display the updated date and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
